Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Native Focus mobile application (the "Service") operated by Taric Andrade ("we," "us," or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the Service.
Native Focus is a productivity application designed to help users implement the Getting Things Done® (GTD®) methodology. The app provides task management, project organization, and optional integrations with third-party services such as Apple Reminders, Google Tasks, Siri, and Apple Shortcuts.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Native Focus application for your personal, non-commercial purposes on iOS devices you own or control.
Native Focus is available for a one-time purchase fee through Apple's App Store. This purchase grants you a license to use the app on all iOS devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms and Conditions. This is not a subscription service. Your one-time purchase entitles you to all future updates of the app during the supported lifetime of the application.

Native Focus offers optional integrations with third-party services. These integrations are provided "as is" and are subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party services.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Taric Andrade and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Taric Andrade from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and us relating to the Service.
