Native Focus ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data when you use our mobile application.
Minimal Collection: Native Focus is designed with privacy as a core principle. We collect only the information necessary to provide our service and improve user experience.
No Analytics or Tracking: We do not collect, store, or transmit any analytics data, user behavior patterns, or personal information about your tasks, projects, or productivity habits. We have no interest in monitoring how you use the app.
All your data (tasks, projects, contexts, notes, and settings) is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure SwiftData framework. This data remains under your complete control and is never transmitted to our servers.
If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your data is securely transferred and stored in your private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit framework. We have no access to this data - the entire process is handled by Apple's secure infrastructure and governed by Apple's privacy policies.
Native Focus offers optional integrations with third-party services. These integrations are entirely under your control and require your explicit permission to enable.

All data stored locally on your device is encrypted using iOS's built-in encryption mechanisms. If you enable iCloud sync, data is encrypted both in transit and at rest using Apple's industry-standard encryption.
We have no access to your personal data. Your tasks, projects, and notes remain completely private and are never transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties.

Native Focus is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of Native Focus after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
